School Climate Student Survey

In the fall of the 2017-2018 school year, all grade 4 to 12 students across the Halton Catholic District School Board will have an opportunity to participate in a school climate student survey.

The survey is voluntary and anonymous, and will allow students to share their thoughts about our school community. Students will be given time to complete the survey during the school day.

For more information, please visit the following page on the Board’s website: School Climate Surveys.

Monitoring our Multi-Year Strategic Plan

As the first year of the Halton Catholic District School Board’s new multi-year strategic plan comes to an end, we are gathering feedback from the HCDSB community to monitor our efforts this past year.

We Want Your Feedback!

Please take a moment to share your thoughts here. This survey will remain open until June 30, 2017.

All of the feedback gathered will be shared with our Board of Trustees.

Please note that all information collected will remain anonymous; no school or respondent names will be shared.

Questions?

If you have any questions about this data collection process, please contact Dr. Lisa Collimore, Chief Research Officer, at: collimorel@hcdsb.org
