Each year, Grade 9 students at Corpus Christi are expected to participate in the national Take Our Kids to Work Day. On this day, students go to work for the day with a parent, guardian, or a significant adult where they observe the work world and understand its demands and opportunities. Please determine a placement for your child prior to the start of the 2018-2019 school year.

Community Service Hours

It is recommended that all students earn a minimum of 10 volunteer hours per year. Your child may begin their volunteer hours on July 1st of the summer before grade 9. When submitting volunteer hours to the Guidance Office, students are required to fill out a Community Service form and attach a letter from the person who sponsored them as they volunteered.
